From the moment you arrive, buffet islands of antipasti, a charcuterie stand and artisanal cheese boards will be available throughout the night for relaxed grazing. As the evening unfolds, beautifully crafted canapés will be served in waves – think oyster shots, lobster tacos, truffled mac and cheese balls, wagyu skewers and other premium bites designed to match the views.

To close the night with a touch of indulgence, our Executive Pastry Chef has created a selection of signature dessert morsels for you to savour as midnight approaches.
