Celebrate New Year's Eve at Potts Point neighbourhood favourite Dear Sainte Éloise.
We're hosting a special lunch and dinner starring a seafood-focused $130 menu by Head Chef Elias Selloum and a lineup of rare and baller wines hand picked from the cellar. There'll be oysters, caviar-topped blini, foie gras parfait and bouillabaisse on the table, with Champagne (or Chablis or Cabernet Sauvignon) pouring till midnight.
The $130 menu includes seven dishes, with beverages available to purchase on the night.
