Start with dishes like wagyu beef tartare on crispy potato rösti and the delicate sweetness of spanner crab with sherry burnt butter. From there, enjoy fresh tuna tartare with caviar, and Wagyu scotch fillet. End on a high note with our decadent Callebaut dark chocolate gateau, complete with cassis granita and candied pistachio.
Choose between two seatings: the early session from 5pm, ideal for catching the Coogee fireworks, or a later seating from 9pm to toast the New Year in style.
