The National Band of New Zealand lands in Australia in September 2023 for the first time in its 70-year history, performing with Philip Cobb (Principal Trumpet, BBC Symphony) up the east coast.
Under the musical direction of David Bremner, this exceptional group of musicians will perform a mix of classical, contemporary, jazz and everything in between, including Capriccio Espagnol, Carnaval Romain, and John Adams’ exciting Short Ride in a Fast Machine.
With a proud history of international touring and contesting, the National Band of New Zealand will showcase the brass banding at the highest standard, with a little something for everyone.
