Our talented Applejack Hospitality Chefs and Bartenders from all our venues are going head-to-head to see who will be crowned the ‘Best Taco & Tequila’ creators for SoCal’s Taco & Tequila Fiesta on Monday 8th May at 6pm.

Our judging panel will have the enviable task of tasting and assessing each creation based on specific criteria including taste, creativity & originality, presentation, wow factor and pairing.
