Renata leads an inclusive, accessible and fun class to find your own movement voice, at your own pace, while connecting with the space and people around you.

Move and Groove is a freeform dance which embodies sensations, experiences and imagery. Inspired by contemporary dance, it is a practice that brings more awareness to your mind and body and helps release the tensions and stresses of our modern fast paced world to cultivate pure joy.
