The Millers Point Song Book is a unique glimpse into the characters who make Millers Point so fascinating.

Musical writer Joanna Weinberg is the composer and lyricist of 24 lively and interesting historical songs, each a snapshot of this storied neighbourhood. Millers Point composer Susan Hunt makes her professional debut with a contribution honouring current local heroes.

Sung by a talented cast of four: Rob Johnson, Billie Palin, Eliane Morel and Annerose de Jong; and supported by three musicians: Paul Miskin on Banjo, Jeremy Cook on Percussion and Michelle Goldman on Piano. Locals Choir Rocks provide colourful backing under the expert direction of Joanna Weinberg. Costume Design by Gavin Barbey.

Suitable for all ages, this show is a must for anybody wanting an entertaining and professional dive into recent history, from the naming of the area in 1833 through multiple changes of management like the Sydney Harbour Trust and the Maritime Workers Board to the exile of the last residents of the Sirius Building in 2018.
