Executive Sous Chef Michele Megenezzi and Head Pastry Chef Kumiko Endo will be pairing the electrifying atmosphere and sublime views with a bespoke five-course menu.

Set against the backdrop of sparkling Sydney Harbour, the Melbourne Cup will be broadcast live on premium television screens, so you won’t miss a moment!
