Melbourne Cup at SoCal

We’re gearing up for a delicious SoCal banquet while watching all the live action of the Melbourne Cup.

SoCal Sydney will be dishing up a tasty shared banquet with margaritas on arrival to celebrate the big day. With multiple TV’s, sweepstakes & those Californian vibes, find yourself under the palms this Melbourne Cup!

A margarita on arrival followed by a SoCali banquet menu + an optional beverage pack.

• Sydney Rock Oysters, chipotle morita dashi, guajillo oil

• Cured Ōra King Salmon, hibiscus escabeche, beetroot, baby cukes, sorrel, totopos

• Heirloom tomatoes, hazelnut macha, Vannella stracciatella, shaved red onion, cilantro

• Empanada – our puff pastry, pork shoulder, braised in chipotle, tomatillo, achiote, Oaxaca cheese, charred tomatillo salsa

• Slow cooked WA Octopus, grilled over coals, almond mole, purple potatoes, Mexi togarashi, soft herbs

• Westholme F1 wagyu inside skirt 6+, blistered padron peppers, jus, warm tortillas, selection of salsas
