Grange creator Max Schubert was fond of saying all white wines would be red wines if they could.
Immerse yourself in red wine. The perfumed pinot noir, the newly fashionable grenache, the noble nebbiolo, the fringe-dwelling cabernet franc, one of Australia’s most sublime ‘Bordeaux blends’ from Yarra Yering, shiraz (of course) and an innovative three-way blend of Iberian varieties – grenache, touriga and tempranillo.
Celebrate the diversity of red wine with one of The Real Review’s tasting team Aaron Brasher at Bibo Wine Bar.
A selection of red wine will be served with shared plates from the chefs at Bibo.
