Lunch & Learn Series - The Wine Appreciation Lunch

This year, we have created a new concept called our “Linkedin Lunch & Learn Series”, the first being a Wine Appreciation Lunch. Throughout the year, we will offer some great education events through Linkedin and to our Club Members & Guests.

General Manager, Paul Brasch, invites you to join us on Friday 28 March, for our first event in this series for 2025 in Cellos, our stunning grand dining room, the last of its kind left in Sydney.

We welcome Tania Matz from Knappstein Wines. Steeped in history and synonymous with the Clare Valley in South Australia, the Knappstein Enterprise Winery has enjoyed a long and revered reputation as a maker of premium wines since it was established by Tim Knappstein in 1974.

Since those pioneering days, the winemaking focus has always remained to showcase the quality of fruit from the individual soils and climates of the local vineyards. Put simply, it’s about respecting the individual growing sites, to create wines with identity and personality, shown through their expression of varietal and regional attributes.

Tickets: $79.00 per person + booking fee

This includes a two-course lunch with wine tasting. Additional beverages are available for purchase. GST and the Member Discount are included.
