Explore the world of Chinese Tea culture, philosophy and tradition in this Chinese tea ceremony and tasting following a tour of the 'Chinese Toggles: Culture in Miniature' exhibition.

Tea master Raymond, from Zensation Tea House, will lead a tea ceremony allowing all your senses to fully appreciate the complex nuances of different Chinese teas and principles behind the ceremony. A selection of auspicious Chinese Lunar New Year snacks will accompany the tea.

Before the tea ceremony, our China Gallery Curator, Dr Shuxia Chen, will lead a short highlights tour of the exhibition 'Chinese Toggles: Culture in Miniature' showing examples of Chinese toggles revealing the culture of Chinese food and drink.
