Little Artists at Juanita Nielsen Community Centre: Animal hat making

Children will make their own animal hats and then show off their best animal-inspired walks and dance moves in a fun performance.

Spark your child’s creativity with Little Artists art workshops, led by professional art educator Sam Relihan. Designed for children aged 2 to 5 years, these sessions combine storytelling, sensory play and hands-on art making.

Each workshop offers a fun, welcoming space for children to explore their creativity while developing fine motor skills. It’s a fantastic opportunity to bond, get messy, and ignite imagination in a relaxed, playful setting.

A parent, grandparent or carer is also required to attend and encouraged to join the fun.

These workshops take place weekly on Thursday mornings. Bookings essential as spaces are limited.
