This online vegan class is a simplified, less complex version of our in-person vegan wonders class using your teacher's authentic recipes that utilise simple everyday ingredients that can be found in leading supermarkets. During lockdown, simple and accessible are the key priorities, so your teacher will show you how to do just that, all while delivering on big flavours and drool-worthy aromas.
In this class, you will learn how to choose the perfect vegetables, and turn them into unique, delicious dishes which you can prepare in your own home. You will also learn how to create the perfect rice pilaf, and authentic dahl - from start to end.
