Explore the best, authentic dishes of regional India in the comfort of your own home, with a glass of wine.

With tender meats and spice laced gravies made using your teacher's special blend of roasted and ground spices, you're in for a hearty authentic Indian feast. These are recipes and expertise from many generations you cannot find on the internet or any cookbook.

During the live online class, you will learn how to choose the perfect ingredients, and turn them into unique, delicious dishes which you can prepare in your own home. You will also learn how to create the perfect rice pilaf, and authentic dahl - from start to end.

Every dish stands out and showcases the finest Indian spices, enabling the ingredients to be the star of the show. Re-create the menu learned at Heavenly Morsel for your own feast or Indian cuisine dinner party and impress your guests.
