Lacey Cole at Thunderbolt Club

This month Thunderbolt Club has the privilege of hosting Lacey Cole performing with his first band since Lazy Colts went on hiatus in 2018.

Joining him will be his regular collaborator, Christine Hazelwood on vocals, Sam Troy on electric guitar and pedal steel and the enigmatic Nic Cassey on percussion and keys.

Expect floundering romances and wide open spaces – you can tell a Lacey Cole song when you hear one. Whether hunched over a lonely campfire wearing only his guitar or strapped to his cosmic-rocket-of-a-band, there's always a winding tale to be told and a catchy hook to hang your hat on.
