Introduction To Jewellery Making Workshop

Join me in my garage workshop in Erko to learn the basics of silversmithing while making a wearable fine ring and a pair of studs.

This teaser workshop is for beginners, everyone will leave feeling creative and with a sense of achievement with basic skills of silversmithing skills under your belt ready to take on another workshop or just show off your jewels to friends!

Highlights of the workshop:

• Everyone will leave with 1 x fine ring (in a finish of your choice) and 1 x pair of studs designed by you, both made in sterling silver.

• Fun and hands-on – each maker will have their own workspace and tools to use

• Learn lots of real jewellery making techniques – including shaping, soldering, filing, sanding, texturing and polishing!

• Work with sterling silver and learn all about it.

• Materials are all provided with no extra costs.

• Cold drinks are included.

• Small class with a maximum of six students.

• You will receive a tin to keep your new jewels safe, a polishing cloth and care card to keep your items sparkling!

• Our studio is “eco” – no harsh chemicals or toxic solutions are used in the production of the jewellery.
