Learn the art of resourceful filmmaking with The Story Mill. This lab deep dives into what they don’t teach about making an indie feature film.
No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for storytelling and curiosity about indie filmmaking are encouraged. Participants will gain insights into funding, budgeting, resourcefulness, and creative collaboration in the Australian film industry.
Ideal for aspiring filmmakers and producers, this session offers valuable lessons from "Evicted! A Modern Romance."
About the Artists: Sophie Saville & Rowan Devereux founded The Story Mill in 2018. Based in Sydney, they have created award-winning films and documentaries, pushing industry boundaries.
Materials: Bring a laptop, notepad, and pen.
