Celebrated Torres Strait artist Brian Robinson brings his deeply spiritual, colourful, and playful works to the Australian National Maritime Museum this September.

Join him in a conversation about cosmology, mythology, and Space Invaders with the museum’s Head of First Nations Programs, Matt Poll.

The conversation coincides with the opening of the exhibition Ur Wayii (Incoming Tide) on 11 September at the Australian National Maritime Museum. Ur Wayii is a multi-disciplinary exhibition spanning printmaking, sculpture, video, and graphic design. It is a complex tapestry woven from traditional knowledge, historical narratives, and a keen engagement with the contemporary globalised world.
