In the 19th century, afternoon tea was a cherished social occasion, where guests dressed in their finest attire to enjoy delicate treats and lively conversation. Inspired by this tradition, our talented chefs have reimagined Victorian renaissance favourites, blending British flavours with Australia’s unique culinary heritage.

Indulge in an exquisite selection of sweet creations, including Neapolitan Ice Cream Verrine, Malted Milk Envelope, Bakewell Pudding, and Apple Charlotte. Savoury highlights feature Pinwheel, Cucumber Sandwich, Potted Shrimps, as well as Egg and Smoked Salmon.

A Heritage Afternoon Tea experience is not complete without our traditional Fullerton Scones, served with cream and mixed berry jam.
