Free Guided Ride: Green Square to Coogee Beach
This guided ride to the beach is at a relaxed pace, with the round trip of approximately 19km. You will have time to enjoy a coffee or ice cream before the return journey to Green Square. The low-pressure route follows the historic tram route to avoid the steepest of the hills.
Working brakes and knowing how to use your gears are essential.
If you are a new rider or haven’t ridden in a while, please do a Cycling in the City course prior to joining this extended ride with some traffic.
Guided rides are led by friendly professional guides from Pedal Set Go.
You'll need:
Your own bike and helmet, tyres pumped
Water bottle and sunscreen
A bike lock so you can go grab an ice cream or a quick swim
Please arrive at 8:45am for a 9am start.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Bookings required.
We encourage participants to complete the Cycling in the City course before joining a guided ride. The Cycling in the City course will equip you with the skills you need to ride in Sydney.
