Join us at a secret location where adventurous diners can immerse themselves in a mouth-watering and unforgettable experience. Gozney is partnering with pioneering Australian chef Analiese Gregory, a rising star who swapped Michelin restaurants for the wild in Tasmania, and she’s bringing her forage to fork style cooking for guests to enjoy for one night in Sydney.
Think live-fired, outdoor cooking in the wild, immersive culinary demonstrations, the thrill of the unknown, personal moments with the chef and of course, and mind-blowing food with a one-of-a-kind-menu. This is going to be the hottest night in the Sydney food scene this year, literally.
