Glebe Christmas Fair

Bring your friends and family and get into the festive spirit. Soak up festive fun with outdoor dining, live music, performances, stalls, games, Santa’s sleigh ride, family activities and Santa photos – all on a traffic-free street. 

Glebe Point Road between St Johns Road and Great Western Highway will be closed to traffic for the day.

Schedule of events

• Jingle Jam Stage Glebe Point Road near Minogue Reserve

The festive spirit comes to life on our Christmas stage, featuring an exciting line-up of live music throughout the day. Enjoy performances from talented local artists and seasonal favourites. Christmas-themed line dancing sessions set to classic tunes will create the perfect soundtrack to your celebrations.

• Tinsel Showtime Stage near the corner of Glebe Point Road and Norton Street

Live entertainment throughout the day, featuring festive performances.

• Santa’s sleigh ride departs 2pm to 2:30pm

Follow Santa as he journeys from the corner of Glebe Point Road and St John’s Road down Glebe Point Road to Minogue Reserve.

• Santa photos Glebe Point Road 3pm to 8pm

Have your photo taken with Santa for a $5 donation to our charity partner, Variety – the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT.

• Santa's favourite hat

Our charity partner Variety – the Children’s Charity NSW/ACT will host Santa's favourite hat activity. Decorate your very own Christmas hat and go into the draw to win a Booktopia voucher.

While you're getting creative, you can also help make a difference by supporting children who are sick, experiencing disadvantage or living with a disability. Show your support at the merchandise stall, with face painting and coloured hair spray for a donation, and enter the raffle for a good cause.

Every contribution helps bring joy and opportunities to kids who need it most this Christmas.
