Get hooked on a new creative adventure 

This fun-filled knitting workshop invites young makers to discover the magic of turning colourful yarn into something they can proudly call their own. 

Perfect for beginners, participants will learn essential knitting skills including casting on, knit stitch and casting off, while creating fun, beginner-friendly projects along the way.  

With plenty of guidance and encouragement, they'll build confidence, patience and creativity in a relaxed and supportive environment. 

From the excitement of mastering their first stitches to the satisfaction of taking home a handmade creation, this workshop is all about learning, making and having fun.  

Whether they're curious about crafting or already love getting creative, young knitters will leave inspired and ready for their next project.

• Parents or guardians must sign in and stay within the library for the activity.
