Guests can imbibe on festive-inspired sweets from Head Pastry Chef Quentin Zerr, such as the lemon ornament, pear Christmas tree and passionfruit present, all carefully hand-crafted. Chef April Shen presents gourmet bites for savoury options, such as Christmas ham brioche and crab & pea mousse tart. All paired perfectly with a selection of teas.
