On Sunday 26th January at 2pm, the Shop Gallery in Glebe will host the launch of Flying Islands’ new series of poetry books.
Flying Islands is perhaps the most exciting and innovative poetry publisher in Australia, with its mix of new and established poets, both local and international.
This year's series features poets David Adès, Tug Dumbly, Huang Fan (translated by Josh Stenberg), Lizz Murphy, Nathanael O’Reilly, Brian Purcell and Bronwyn Rodden.
A special release this year is '100 Poets' - celebrating Flying Islands achievement in publishing 100 Pocketbooks of poetry. The launches start at At 2PM on Sunday 26 January 2025 (Australia/Survival Day) at The Shop Gallery, 112 Glebe Point Road, Glebe.
