Improv Actor: Jeff Mesina
Happy Feraren is a Filipino improv actor and playwright. She has been improvising for 15 years and has since performed in over 500 shows in a wide range of improvisational theatre formats in cities around the Philippines and the world such as Chicago, New York, Hong Kong, and Amsterdam. In Australia, she has performed in festivals like the Sydney Fringe and Short + Sweet. She was the Artistic Director of Laugh Masters Academy and the Australian Improv Festival. She is the recipient of the Griffin Theatre Incubator Fellowship.
Jeff Mesina is a Filipino improv actor and teacher. He has crafted his comedy chops in improvisation and sketch at The Second City Training Centre, Improv Australia and Laugh Masters Academy (LMA). Jeff recently worked together with a talented group of improvisers and actors in the web series I Know You Are, and has also performed in The Sydney Comedy Festival and the Sydney Fringe Comedy Festival. Jeff was an improv teacher at LMA and he holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Management from the University of Sydney.
