Experience World-Class Cocktails in Sydney's Renowned Bars

Recently, a team of Australia’s most renowned bartenders embarked on an unforgettable journey representing Australian hospitality at the prestigious Tales of The Cocktail 2023, in New Orleans. Nine of the nation's most renowned bars took the global stage, showcasing the incredible talent and innovative spirit that Australian bars have to offer.

 From September 4 to October 2, Sydneysiders will have the opportunity to taste what the bartenders from Maybe Sammy's, RE and Baxter's Inn have created. 

Newtown’s very own RE will showcase the creativity of its owner Matt Whiley, who impressed the audience with the delightfully peculiar Hendricks Gin. Baxter’s Inn’s Jay Cozma will bring his brilliance with the single malt scotch whisky, The Balvenie, and Maybe Sammy’s bartenders, led by Paolo Maffietti, will present their newly forged creations with the world's most awarded single malt scotch whisky, Glenfiddich.
