Evita Manji is a visionary musician and vocalist who fearlessly traverses the boundaries of musical genres and artistic mediums. With a distinct blend of experimental production, classical composition, choir influences, and pop-inspired vocals, Manji's sonic creations transcend conventional categorisations.
At the heart of Manji's artistry lies a profound ability to synthesize sounds and fabricate intricate musical worlds. Their compositions are constructed from ever-expanding sonic organisms and shapeless solid non-materials, immersing listeners in a captivating realm of boundless imagination and sonic exploration.
In 2021, Manji unveiled their own platform, myxoxym, which served as a launchpad for their debut album. With the release of two singles, they provided a tantalising glimpse into their musical universe, leaving fans eager for more. Additionally, they curated an ambitious fundraiser compilation on myxoxym, featuring artists such as Rainy Miller, Palmistry, Cecile Believe, and others. The proceeds from this compilation were dedicated to the Greek wildlife fund ANIMA, highlighting Manji's commitment to environmental causes and social impact.
Their performances have captivated audiences worldwide. They have performed at prestigious venues like the Southbank Centre and The ICA in London, Volksbühne in Berlin, and SNFCC in Athens. Additionally, they have showcased their talent at renowned festivals such as Unsound and Lunchmeat, where their heavily emotional and genre-defying performances have left a lasting impact.

Their talents extend beyond music, as they have lent their expertise to scoring live art performances and exhibiting sound pieces. They have even graced the world of fashion, scoring runway shows that merge music and design into a seamless and evocative experience.
Their long-awaited debut album "Spandrel?," released in January 2023 via PAN Records, is a testament to Evita Manji's artistic evolution. Through this introspective work, they pose thought-provoking questions about enduring in the face of immense loss and explore the distinction between essential elements of the self and mere adornments. Their tracks, expertly crafted from a rich blend of contemporary club music, baroque pop, and experimental sound design, provide a lens through which Manji examines their relationship with the world at large and within themselves. By deconstructing systems of control and emphasising interconnectedness, they invite listeners on a transformative journey.
