This Easter, we invite you to indulge in an exquisite culinary adventure at Mode Kitchen & Bar. Our 3-course extravaganza is sure to ‘wow’ the crowd, with our signature aperitivo making a comeback. Also on offer is a decadent seafood spread and an entire buffet dedicated to bread!
For mains, dive into a delicious range of dishes to share including Easter wood-baked vegetarian lasagna, slow roasted lamb shoulder, and grilled jumbo king prawns.
To finish, an extensive dessert buffet featuring delectable delights has been created by Four Seasons Sydney pastry chef, Quentin Zerr.
