Dorian Blue is a dynamic 6-piece Latin Funk Jazz band, led by saxophonist Peter MacDonough. Known for their electrifying fusion of Latin rhythms, funky grooves, and jazz improvisation, they captivate audiences with their unique sound and high-energy performances. Their debut album, A Portrait of Dorian Blue (2013), showcases the band’s seamless blend of Afro-Cuban influences and intricate jazz harmonies, featuring irresistible rhythms and soulful horn lines.

With MacDonough’s expressive sax leading the charge, Dorian Blue brings a fresh, vibrant energy to the Latin jazz scene, offering an experience that’s both groove-driven and musically sophisticated.
