Melody is an artist and a lesbian and she also loves Jesus.
She feels alienated by the arts community for having the "wrong" politics, she feels alienated by the LGBT community for having the "wrong" view about gender, and yup, you guessed it, she feels alienated by the Christian community for having the "wrong" sexuality.
Demo is her response to all of this.
