Within the heart of Capella Sydney and beneath the mesmerising light sculpture, Meadow by Dutch art duo DRIFT, Aperture is a tranquil setting to celebrate New Years’ Eve, where the captivating kinetic installation echoes the rhythm of the surrounding city. Guests will be greeted with a glass of champagne on arrival, followed by a curated menu of Australian seafood and fresh seasonal produce as the countdown to midnight begins.

Indulge in premium dining with a choice of two bespoke four-course menus crafted by Bentley Restaurant Group’s Co-owner and Head Chef, Brent Savage. Exuding grandeur and sophistication, the two-hatted Brasserie 1930, also home of Young Chef of the Year, Shashank Achuta, features a menu of contemporary brasserie classics and an extensive wine list presented amid a dynamic inner-city atmosphere.
