Supporting First Nations Project Management

When

Thursday 8 May from 9:30am to 4:30pm

Gain core knowledge and apply skills with an overview on project management.

You will learn how to plan, scope, schedule, cost and manage your project from beginning to end.

This training is primarily for sector workers, board members or volunteers in organisations supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, young people, families and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability within the City of Sydney local government area.

This is a full day workshop with facilitator Jen Turner from Indigenous Women in Business.

Limit of two people per organisation.

This workshop is part of the City of Sydney's Connect Sydney program, funded by the Department of Communities and Justice. The program aims to build the capacity of community and not-for-profit organisations through the provision of free skills and governance training for organisations that support and provide services to children, young people, families and communities experiencing or at risk of vulnerability within the City of Sydney local government area.

We aim to deliver inclusive and accessible training sessions. If you have any particular access or communication needs please contact Vicky Skarlatos, social programs officer on 02 9265 9333 or vskarlatos@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au.
