This discussion will feature Claire Harris, researcher with experience in the implementation of ethical sourcing in supply chains, and award-winning author Siddharth Kara. The topic will be based on Kara’s book, Cobalt Red. Dr Diulu Kabongo, a Congolese emergency medicine specialist, will describe the vital need for trained healthcare workers in the artisanal mining sector.
