Our librarians have chosen a topic or theme for each month with a suggested reading list.
Read from the list or find other related titles in the online catalogue. Then join in the discussion and hear about what others have been reading.
The May Day protests grew out of the struggle for the eight-hour day. This month we'll read fiction and non fiction books to do with political activism and protest.
The online book club will be held on the last Thursday of the month. Before the event, you’ll need to install the free Zoom software on your own laptop, computer or device and read a book relating to reading topic for that month.
