Experience Sydney’s unforgettable and dynamic display of public artworks on a walking tour through our city.
Encounter artistic creations that are concealed in laneways, sandwiched between buildings, planted in the pavement and elevated high above the street.
On this City Art Tour you will discover newly commissioned and celebrated artworks, including a diverse range of sculptures and installations, as well as digital, light and interactive works. Our expert guide will share with you the stories behind each work and offer new insights and perspectives on the unique ways in which they are fused into the architecture and daily life of Sydney’s city centre.
The tour will meet in the forecourt of Customs House in Circular Quay, accessible by train, light rail, bus and ferry. The tour will finish in walking distance of local eateries and Wynyard Station. Please wear comfortable shoes.
Note: the artworks visited on this tour are also visited on the Katy B Plummer Artist-Led Walking Tour and the previously held Sydney Living Memory Walking Tour.
