Circus High Tea at Shangri-La Sydney

Step right up and enjoy a spectacular school holiday Circus Extravaganza High Tea Buffet, crafted by the culinary ringmasters of Shangri-La.

Prepare to enter a world of wonder and excitement, where your imagination will soar like never before as you feast on an assortment of showstopping sweet treats, including crunchy golden churros sprinkled with cinnamon sugar, chewy gooey double chocolate brownies with toasted marshmallow, and strawberry mousse cake with mixed berry compote.

The captivating spread will feature wickedly delicious carnival favourites, such as mini corn dogs, scrumptious buttery popcorn, crispy tempura chicken nuggets, and melt in your mouth cotton candy.

Other savoury delights include the calabrese carnival chicken sandwich with tender poached chicken, fire-roasted red peppers, aged Grana Padano and cos lettuce, and delectable goat’s cheese and sundried tomato focaccia with grilled eggplant.

For the thrilling final act, the build-your-own ice cream sundae station is sure to delight and amaze!

Set in the Big Top, the Grand Ballroom will be transformed into a joyous circus fantasyland teeming with colourful carousel horses, life-size acrobats, distorting mirrors… and more!

The Circus Extravaganza High Tea Buffet will take place in the Grand Ballroom and be available on:

• 29 September – 01 October

• 06 October – 08 October

There will be three seating times:

• 10:30am – 12:30pm

• 1:15pm – 3:15pm

• 4pm – 6pm

Priced at $79 per adult (age 12 and above) and $59 per child (age 4 – 11 years old), with complimentary admission for children aged 3 and under.
