Join us at the Sew Make Create workshop in Chippendale with Florist, Suz, from Bold Botanicals.

In this festive workshop you will be making a traditional Christmas wreath from fresh flowers, natives and foliage. Decorate your home this year with a handmade wreath! Hang it on your door, display it inside and let the floral aroma fill your home, or use it as a centre piece.

You will learn the traditional method of seasonal wreath making using all natural materials, selecting from a variety of fresh flowers and foliage. You will be preparing the flowers and foliage and piecing the wreath together in your own unique design. The selection of flowers and foliage have been specifically selected to dry out beautifully so your wreath will still look vibrant for a few weeks. You will take home a gorgeous floral piece, ready to hang, that will eventually dry out to last forever. Some of our previous workshop attendees have kept their wreaths for month or years! The finished wreath is approximately 40-50cm in diameter.

No previous floristry experience is necessary. All tools materials are provided.
