Join us for National Science Week and explore this year’s theme: Species Survival.
We will be hosting a line-up of creative science programs including makerspace workshops, informative talks, storytelling and performance, demonstrations, and interactive sessions.
All programs are free – perfect for the whole family!
Talks and performances
UPDATE: The native bee musical performance has been cancelled due to unforseen circumstances. There will now be a Rhymetime and Storytime session.
10:30am-11:00am: Rhymetime and Storytime - a fun interactive session of singing and rhymes that fosters a love of reading and helps develop important early literacy skills and social interaction. No booking required.
1:30pm-2:30pm: Surviving our Planet with Powerhouse – explore how science and technology have revolutionised sustainability and impacted species survival in our ever-changing world. Designed for 16+ years but all ages welcome. Book your spot.
