Butter, the iconic fried chicken joint in Surry Hills, and award-winning distillery Archie Rose presents NEON RAMEN, a pop up for a limited- time only, in the Sydney Opera House’s Yallamundi Rooms.
The menu will hero Butter’s famous fried chicken served on top of steaming hot ramen, with a special Vivid Sydney-themed glaze. Vegetarians can enjoy shroom burgers, while chicken tenders are coated in an Archie Rose glaze and paired with crispy golden fries. And for dessert?
Hot cinnamon donuts, the perfect way to cap off your VIVID experience. All washed down with cocktails curated by Archie Rose, Mumm champagne and a nightly line up of DJs on the decks, whilst you enjoy stellar views of the harbour bridge and all the Vivid action.
