This Book Week, explore the State Library’s collection and create bold new stories from a sidekick’s point of view.

In this workshop, we will use the State Library collection to uncover real historical adventures and build imaginative characters from a sidekick’s perspective. This session combines history and creative writing with a focus on imaginative character development.

Suitable for Stage 2 and 3 students (children aged 8-10 years).

Students will need A3 paper and a pencil.

This event will be held online via Zoom. You will be sent the link to join the session with your booking confirmation. For help with joining and participating in Zoom Webinars: Joining and participating in Zoom Webinars.
