Taste of Europe: cheese of France, more than food! Save the date and get your appetite ready: From May 31st to June 2nd, be prepared for a delectable feast of authentic French cheeses as the Bon Fromage Festival returns to Sydney.

The Bon Fromage Festival will host an array of cheesy experiences including a stinky cheese market with food stalls featuring unique cheesy creations, 12 free cheese masterclasses and a giveaway of one ton of unique French cheese to taste.

This year's theme, "366 days of French cheese across the seasons and throughout the days," highlights the unique seasonal variations, pairings and recipes in French cheeses, giving attendees an opportunity to time travel through flavours that are shaped by the changing diets of cows across the seasons. Discover how the taste of French cow's milk cheese varies throughout the year, influenced by the seasonal diet of cows. From spring's fresh pastures giving the cheeses a creamy texture, to summer's rich and bold flavours, each season alters cheeses’ character.
