Tuesday 14 May from 12:45pm to 2pm

The Global Innovation Index consistently shows that Australia and Australian universities are underperforming when it comes to our research innovation, industry collaboration and commercialization.

Despite our universities consistently ranking in the top 100 globally, examples of ground-breaking technologies that can drive the required systems transformation in Australia (and the world), and support industry to pivot to a renewable energy economy are few and far between.

This panel will bring together leaders from universities, industry, and government to examine what would need to change to attract and supercharge the required collaboration and investment in climate technology and innovation in Australia.
