Yeah, jazz is pretty good. Then again, so is this bucket of blood that’s sitting on the stage. So which will prevail?

Childhood frenemies Jane Watt & Ange Lavoipierre are bringing Jazz Or A Bucket Of Blood back to Sydney for one night only, after a critically acclaimed Australian and UK tour in 2023.

As the clock runs down, the mysteries pile up. Whose blood is that? How many times will they play Billy Joel’s Piano Man? And were any Bunnings employees harmed in the making of this show?

Join Jane & Ange as they pit the entire genre of jazz against a bucket of very nice blood, with confusing amounts of confidence.

Watt and Lavoipierre have a very clear and obvious chemistry together… the pair make for a mighty team on stage.

★★★★★ - Lilithia

The faux-amateurism of the show is deliciously wonderful and led with the chaotic energy of Lavoipierre and Watt….  it’s absurd in all the best ways.

★★★★.5 - Theatre Thoughts (UK)

Ange and Jane’s performances are strong enough to take the audience pretty much wherever they want to go.

★★★★ - One4Review (UK)
