Step into An Uncertain Time, a mesmerising world of music, movement and projection created especially for babies aged 0-18 months and their carers.

This immersive performance unfolds as a gentle journey through love, loss, hope and uncertainty. Combining live and recorded songs, soundscapes, physical theatre, circus and visual projections, it offers a tactile, sensory and visual feast to delight babies while deeply resonating with adults.

The first years of life are vital for forming pathways that shape understanding and imagination. At its heart, An Uncertain Time is about those connections – between baby and carer, between art and early development. This award-winning work offers babies an experience full of wonder, while giving carers space to reflect on the beautiful uncertainty of new life.

Designed for small audiences, of no more than 12 babies, with carers seated in a shared circle, the performance places its youngest audiences at the centre. After the 30-minute show, families are invited to stay and play in the space.

The winner of the 2022 Green Room Award for Outstanding Work for Children and Families, this is an enchanting invitation to pause, breathe, and share in a sensory journey of possibility.

Join in on this incredible 30 minute experience with an invitation to an option 15 minutes playtime.
