Dr Adam Fraser PhD, peak performance researcher and author, Keynote Speaker of the Year 2023, will be hosted by Shore on Monday 14 October 2024, 6pm-7pm. This free event is open to all, and we warmly welcome you to bring along interested colleagues and connections.

Adam will explore a three-step process to effectively transition between the different interactions, tasks and contexts that make up our lives in a way where we leave the previous interaction behind and bring the right mindset to what we are transitioning into so we can perform at our best.

A light supper will be provided at 5:45pm before the seminar.

If you require special access, please email events@shore.nsw.edu.au.
