Amplify Access and Achieve Purposeful Profit is a free online 6-month program, in partnership with the City of Sydney, for businesses within the visitor economy wanting to boost revenue, increase customer numbers and become industry leaders by increasing the accessibility for people with disability (no matter what your starting point or budget).

It’s proven that if you provide an accessible and inclusive service, you will see an ROI through increased market share, increased cash flow and a reputation that precedes you. Yet most organisations ignore their biggest value driver – serving customers with access needs.

Amplify access and achieve purposeful profit

A results-focused program that will support you to implement game-changing strategies and inclusive practices that go beyond the basic access requirements for people with disability.

Outcomes:

  • Create inclusive and accessible customer experiences using low-cost, high-impact solutions that attract more customers.

  • Identify access barriers at every stage of your customer journey.

  • Identify access solutions that can be implemented in the short, medium and long term.

  • Develop an inclusive culture that attracts loyal staff and more customers.

  • Create an inclusive staff experience so you can hire people with disability and enjoy the financial and social benefits that this brings.
