After Dark: Belonging at the Justice & Police Museum

When

Friday 16 June 2023 from 5pm to 9pm

What constitutes being Australian in a multicultural society, and what does it mean to belong? Join Museums of History NSW at After Dark at the Justice & Police Museum as they explore the subject of belonging.

During the evening, you can experience an intimate poetry salon with cast members from the Powerhouse Youth Theatre Fairfield, who will share stories of life and love from the streets of Mashhad, Tehran, Kabul, and Merrylands in a pop-up cabaret format.

Plus, don’t miss The Ultimate Pub Quiz: The Australian Citizenship Test. Join the resident quiz masters as they test you on what it really takes to be a true blue, fair dinkum Aussie and why it's absolutely crucial to know what animals sit on the coat of arms.

The After Dark program continues to grow. Visit the Museums of History NSW website to learn more.

Members get more: Museum of History NSW members will enjoy a complimentary cocktail or drink at the Archie Rose Bar to the value of $15, with priority service. Plus 10% off at the bar and access to reserved seating.

This initiative is proudly supported by the NSW Government through the Culture Up Late Program.
