The night begins at 6.30 pm with a glass of Perrier-Jouet Champagne and canapes on arrival in the Clocktower Bar. Guests will then move into the Dining Room for a special three course menu crafted by Culinary Director Joel Bickford and Head Chef Brad Guest with a matched wine option selected by Alex Kirkwood and Eduardo Fritis-Lamora. The evening culminates as James Morrison and his exceptional jazz ensemble take to the stage for an unforgettable live performance.
